Shipping and Return Policy


  • Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business day(s).
  • Note that PO boxes are not permitted for delivery.
  • Delivery available in Canada:
    • Delivery fee of $10 plus taxes for orders of $69.99 or less before taxes. A delivery fee of $30 will be applied for remote areas .
    • FREE DELIVERY on purchases of $70 or more before taxes except for remote areas. A delivery fee of $30 will be applied for remote areas .


Our return policy is valid for 30 days. After this 30 day period, no returns or refunds will be accepted.

For a return and refund to be accepted, the product must be in its original packaging, unused and in the same condition as you received it. A refund will be sent once the return has been inspected by our team and we have validated that it meets the criteria mentioned above.

You will be alerted by email of the approval or refusal of your return and/or refund. If your refund is approved, you will receive it via the same method you used to pay for your order.

Please allow a significant amount of time for the credit to appear in your bank account or on your credit card due to delays beyond our control.

We want our customers to receive quality products. If something is wrong with the product you received or if the package is not identical to your order (wrong product or missing product), contact our customer service at [email protected] with your order number and as many details as possible, including photos if necessary, within 30 days of receipt of the package.


We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, email us at [email protected] for return instructions.

For our promotional items, we only accept exchanges for unworn and unused products. If you wish to exchange a product from your order, the item must be returned to us in perfect condition, new and unworn, in their original packaging and with their labels within 30 days of purchase. Contact us at [email protected] so we can get back to you with return instructions. For faster processing of your request, be sure to provide us with your order number.

Promotional items

Only regular priced items can be refunded. No promotional items are eligible for a refund. All sales on discounted or promotional items are final.

Delivery of a return

Krono Nutrition is not responsible for any shipping costs incurred for a return or exchange. All goods are your responsibility until they arrive at our warehouse.
