Krono Lytes sports drink mixes will help you perform better during your sports activities. Our 4 mixes contain carbohydrates to provide energy and electrolytes to replace salts and minerals lost through sweat during exercise.

Benefits

When you sweat, in addition to losing water, you lose electrolytes – sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium – which are important to replace.

By consuming Krono Lytes mixtures, you will be able to hydrate yourself, reduce the risk of muscle cramps and thus perform better in the heat.

The electrolytes and carbohydrates in Krono Lytes drinks help to better absorb the water you drink during exercise.

To stay well hydrated during physical activity and rehydrate after exercise, it is recommended to drink water combined with a mixture of electrolytes and carbohydrates. This will promote the absorption of water, thus rehydration.

La saveur de l'été! Délicieuse limonade et très désaltérante avec un peu plus de sel. Cette saveur fait partie de mon garde-manger.
Quand il fait canicule, j'y ajoute même un Fizz au citron pour avoir plus de minéraux.

I use this stuff usually in my magic elixirs on ultras and or straight upon long gravel rides. Never gives me gut rot and leaves me feeling refreshed and recharged.

Product showed up on time. Packaging is easy to use and sturdy. Drink is very refreshing and tasty. There are no problems with mouthfeel either. My only issue is that I have sensitive teeth and the powder aggravates that pre-existing issue.
