Both the maple and the maple and coffee are great

Both the maple and the maple and coffee are great. They give a sustained energy to my runs, the packages are smaller than most gels, and the taste is good. My only complaint, and it is small, is the packets have sharp corners that were damaging my Solomon vest. Once I realized this, it took a few seconds to cut the sharp corners off, and to be fair GU packets did the same thing.

The Krono gels are my new favourite. I love the taste, so delicious! But I especially enjoy the texture. They are easy to swallow and give you instantly energy. J’adore!!!

Other gels try to mimic flavours. Therefore, they become hard to swallow if having more than 1or 2. Maple syrup is the best “gel” - energy food. All natural! No messing with the taste! Highly recommend

However, it is advisable to avoid caffeinated products (Chocolate & Espresso energy bars, Maple & Coffee energy gels, as well as citrus-based energy gels, which have a high caffeine content).

Can pregnant or breast-feeding women use the products?

Yes.
All Krono Nutrition products are made with natural ingredients and are an excellent source of energy. They offer the nutrients that pregnant and breastfeeding women need, and provide a good dose of energy.

However, it is advisable to limit consumption of caffeinated products (Chocolate & Espresso energy bars, Maple & Coffee energy gels).

Do your products contain nuts or peanuts?
