Krono Lytes sports drink mixes will help you perform better during your sports activities. Our 4 mixes contain carbohydrates to provide energy and electrolytes to replace salts and minerals lost through sweat during exercise.

Benefits

When you sweat, in addition to losing water, you lose electrolytes – sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium – which are important to replace.

By consuming Krono Lytes mixtures, you will be able to hydrate yourself, reduce the risk of muscle cramps and thus perform better in the heat.

The electrolytes and carbohydrates in Krono Lytes drinks help to better absorb the water you drink during exercise.

To stay well hydrated during physical activity and rehydrate after exercise, it is recommended to drink water combined with a mixture of electrolytes and carbohydrates. This will promote the absorption of water, thus rehydration.

Good but not great.

This was the only flavour available when I ordered. First time user of Krono because I want to buy Canadian. Would I buy this particular flavour again? Not my first choice. Would I be interested in trying another flavour? Yes

This flavour is awesome. It is my favourite sports drink flavour followed closely by Pink Lemonade. I love that they are gluten free, GMO free, organic and made right here in Canada.
The only negative is that it is so good that they don't always have enough in stock.

Very impressed with this Sports Drink

Tastes like real fruit without an overtly ‘sugary’ flavour. Was easy on the stomach and if you want extra calories/carbs like I did you can double the amount and the drink is still not too thick. This is also a helpful amount of sodium and potassium in the mix to provide a little electrolyte boost.

Helped with cramps! I work with a rugby team used this last game. Players loved the taste, dropped the number of cramps at the end of the game.

Boisson sportive très appréciée au retour des longues courses et lors des journées chaudes en général. Le goût est à mon avis excellent et les ingrédients sont plus naturels, notamment sans colorant artificiel. C’est comme un « Gatorade » mais en meilleur et québécois!
