The Cherry & Chocolate energy bar is tender and delicious with these chocolat pieces that perfectly harmonize with the sweet taste of the cherry.

Designed for the pre-exercise phase, the 32 grams of carbohydrates from natural sugars will provide you with all the energy you need to get the most out of your favourite activity. They can also be consumed during a training session of less than 2 hours.

Consumption

15 to 45 minutes before the physical effort to activate circulation and provide all the energy necessary for your activity;
During a sustained activity of about 2 hours to maintain sugar levels and avoid fatigue related disorders.

However, it is advisable to avoid caffeinated products (Chocolate & Espresso energy bars, Maple & Coffee energy gels, as well as citrus-based energy gels, which have a high caffeine content).

All Krono Nutrition products are made with natural ingredients and are an excellent source of energy. They offer the nutrients that pregnant and breastfeeding women need, and provide a good dose of energy.
