Citrus Energy Gel provides a refreshing taste in your mouth while giving you energy for your workout with its 50 mg of caffein. The energy gels are part of a healthy sports nutrition designed to help your performance.

They have a smooth texture and release energy gradually, so you can maintain an effort for longer periods, ideal for endurance sports. They do not contain any of the major allergens recognized in Canada.

Consumption

Take one pouch at the beginning of your physical activity and thereafter, one pouch every 30-45 minutes depending on the intensity of your effort and your energy needs.

It is recommended not to wait until you feel weak to consume it.

Excellent cycling fuel

The caffinated citrus energy gels are perfect for long or challenging rides. I particularly like to have one of these about 5-10 minutes before tackling a challenging climb or when there isn't a proper cafe stop along my route. The taste is top notch, texture is always smooth and consistent. Use these with decaf gels to maintain your energy throughout your ride.

Great Product Value Packaging needs work

Great product value for amount of carbs, caffeine, etc that you get per pack. The flavour is decent like any gel really. Would love to see a mixed berry flavour with caffeine.

The gel packaging is my pet peeve and needs work. When you try to tear the top it stop at the seam and tips the whole side of the gel open. I notice many other gels the part you tear off is more nipple shaped maybe looking it to something like that might help, unless you plan on carrying a pair of scissors on you runs or rides.

This gel has a great consistency, easy to take mid run, and convenient packaging. The lemon flavour is sweet, no sour citrus flavour. Also gave me no digestive issues, although that is not a major issue for me. Will purchase again!
